The team designed a zero-commute, mixed-use residential neighborhood that is resilient to pandemic impacts and is built for a population that lives, works, and plays in the same place. The neighborhood applies the concepts of the layers of the wilderness to the existing city to allow for public uses that are connected, adaptable and sustainable creating an escape within a dense urban setting.
